Through research and education, our goal is to improve patient care not only in our practice but also in the dermatology community. Jennifer Cather, M.D. is actively involved in clinical research. She has taken part in more than 100 clinical trials, been published in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Journal of Hematology, Cutis, Dermatologic Therapy, Dermatologic Clinics to name a few. Her articles and lectures cover topics such as investigational therapies for Psoriasis, Cutaneous T Cell Lymphoma and Melanoma. Additionally she has published innovative techniques for Botox and fillers.
Dr. Cather offers dermatologic interventions which are evidence based, ethical, and individualized to her patients needs.
Melodie Young, M.S.N., R.N., A./N.P.-c has served in the field of dermatology in Dallas since 1987. She is the former director of the Baylor Psoriasis Center and the National Psoriasis Tissue Bank. She has served on psoriasis and phototherapy related committees for the American Academy of Dermatology. Ms. Young has been published in nursing and medical journals and has had poster presentations at the American Academy of Dermatology.
